Transfer Policy

A Student who transfers from the Course to another course not within the PEO is required to submit a written notice to the PEO Lorna Whiston Schools of his / her intention to do so under the following circumstances.

Type of Transfer Student's written notice of transfer is received
(i) Transfer from Lorna Whiston Schools to Government Immediately after obtaining Offer Letter from the Government School
(ii) Transfer from Lorna Whiston Schools to private school Three weeks before the scheduled term ends
(iii) Transfer within Lorna Whiston Schools Within two weeks of course commencement


For transfers under (i) and (ii) above, a transfer fee of $200 is payable by the Student for (i) and (ii) to cover administrative costs.

On the PEO's written approval of the Student's request for transfer herein, the refund policy under *Clause 2.3 shall apply save as otherwise agreed between the PEO and the Student.
