A Student who transfers from the Course to another course not within the PEO is required to submit a written notice to the PEO Lorna Whiston Schools of his / her intention to do so under the following circumstances.

Three weeks before the scheduled term ends |

Transfer within Lorna Whiston Schools |
Within
two weeks of course commencement |
For transfers under (i) and (ii) above, a transfer fee of $200 is payable by the Student for (i) and (ii) to cover administrative costs.
On the PEO's written approval
of the Student's request for
transfer herein, the refund policy under *Clause 2.3 shall
apply save as otherwise agreed
between the PEO and the Student.
