Having visited Singapore on many occasions I knew it was the place I wanted to be. My partner and I have since found employment and begun our new life in the Lion City.

After graduation, I worked for the National Health Service in the United Kingdom, then for many years as an Executive in the legal department of a large tour operator.

In 2004 I completed a PGCE in primary education (a school centred training route) accredited by the University of Surrey Roehampton. I have taught in primary schools in London and Manchester, plus gained graduate membership of the British Psychological Society.

I enjoy reading, travelling and am a keen Blackburn Rovers FC fan. When I have not got my nose in a book, or an eye on the BPL, you can find me exploring the sights of Singapore. Alternatively, I might be found in the gym trying to lose those extra pounds gained from eating Singapore’s wonderful food.
