 Student Contract and Methods of Payment CASE-Approved Student Contract The students or his/her parent or his/her guardian will enter into the CASE-Approved Student Contract once the student has confirmed to take up a course, CASE will be informed in writing of any changes in the ownership of the Lorna Whiston EAL School, the programmes or courses offered to the students, new EAL staff members or qualifications, addition of centres, etc. Methods of Payment Lorna Whiston Schools has put in place a Student Protection Scheme as stipulated by the Consumers Association of Singapore (CASE) (the 'SPS') by way of a Student Tuition Fee Insurance Scheme. Only payments by Cheque, Cashier’s Order, Bank Draft or Telegraphic Transfer are accepted. All charges relating to the issue and clearance of the payment both local and overseas to be borne by the student. Payment should be made in Singapore dollars (SGD). Lorna Whiston Schools Pte Ltd does not accept payment in foreign currencies. (Please note that Student Passes are not applicable for English Language Holiday Programmes not exceeding 4 weeks in duration). |
