Student Pass Application

Foreign students who intend to pursue a full-time course of study in Singapore are required to obtain a Student Pass.  Please access the website of the Immigration and Checkpoints Authority of Singapore (ICA) for details on the required documentation to apply for a Student Pass.

Should you not be able to access this information, please do contact us and we will obtain a hard copy for you.

Important Information

Students are not to enter Singapore or be retained as a student in any other school(s) or course(s) other than indicated on his/her Student Pass.

A Student’'s Pass is strictly for studies in Singapore and students are not allowed to study without a valid Student Pass.

You are to surrender your Student’'s Pass for cancellation within 7 days from the date of cessation or termination of your study.  The following documents are to be produced:

  • a letter from your sponsor about the cancellation of the Student's Pass
  • your confirmed ticket
  • your valid travel document
  • Student’s Pass card.

You are not to engage in any form of activities that may contravene the conditions (including those stated in the Student’'s Pass application form, In-Principle Approval letter and the Student’'s Pass card) in which a Student’'s Pass is issued (eg., employment whether paid, unpaid, full-time or part-time, or overstaying beyond the expiry of the Student’'s Pass).   The school may report to ICA or the Police, as deemed fit, should there be any failure on the student's part to show up or submit the Student Pass for cancellation or renewal by the expiry date.

Students caught cheating, committing a criminal act or violating any of the terms and conditions surrounding the issuance of the Student Pass would be expelled without recourse.
