Student Accommodation

Lorna Whiston Study Centres can advise on accommodation options for students. Upon arrival you will be met and taken to your accommodation. You will be given a welcome package containing course information, directions and travel information about how to get to the school. The information pack will also contain information about the Orientation Programme and contact details for our EAL Programme Co-ordinators, should you have any problems or concerns.

Option 1 – Students Hostel
We have can direct you to a number of student hostels that has been set up specifically to take in foreign students who come from overseas to study in Singapore. Most offer single rooms to quad sharing rooms. Rooms are fully furnished with a bed, a wardrobe, a study desk and lamp, bed sheets, blankets and pillows etc. Rooms are fully air-conditioned. Students only need to bring their own personal clothing and bath towel.

Option 2 - Costa Sands Resort at Downtown East
Costa Sands is a modern resort situated on the east coast of Singapore with full facilities on site to suit your every need, including swimming pools, a full range of sports facilities, shops, and more than 40 food and beverage and entertainment outlets ranging from a food court, fast food outlets, specialty restaurants and much, much more.

Option 3 – AMCIS Homestay

The AMCIS EduStay programme provides international students with room and board as well as guardians who are responsible for providing pastoral care and family support. AMCIS EduStay matches students with a suitable accredited guardian. In addition, the programme also provides counselors who hold monthly meetings with both guardians and students.
